Stress isn’t the baddie in our lives – we need a healthy amount of it to motivate us and get us springing into action with a healthy appetite for making the most out of life. Without it, we become sluggish and de-motivated. However, if we hold on to worries for too long, we know it eventually weighs us down. So make a commitment today that you will put down your worries for at least a part of every day, and leave them outside your bedroom door for sure. I am a Retired Registered Nurse and Senior Lecturer Psychology and made this video to remind you of the dangers of hanging on to your stresses for too long.
